The staff were so kind and so lovely. They were always offering to help which was so kind of them! The Onsen is lovely and very spacious. The rooms are very large. Overall it's a great place to stay. The restaurant is also brilliant and definitely recommend.
Awesome huge onsen that was open for use most of the time. The beds were very comfy and were more of a western style, raised above the ground. Very friendly an helpful owner who spoke excellent english.

Yes, but only from Kusatsu Onsen Bus Terminal. Please call us upon arrival and we will come and collect you from the bus terminal.
Please note that there may be a delay if we were engaged with other guests' transfer. It would be appreciated if you notify us that you require a shuttle service at the time of booking or prior to the arrival.
It is 2 minutes' drive or around 8 minutes' walk. Shuttle service is free.
Check-in from 15:00 (latest 22:00), check-out by 10:00. If you book a room with dinner included, please arrive before 18:00.
If you arrive after 18:00, dinner will not be provided (no refund).
For a small inn of 11 guest rooms, there is a generous size communal lounge. You can play TV games (vintage video games), cards, UNO, Japanese chess, Othello (reversi), Jenga etc for free.
As Eidaya has a cosy atmosphere, many of our guests enjoy socialising and playing games.

Yes you can. There are toaster and microwave oven etc in the communal lounge. Also, the rooms have a small fridge and kettle.

From Tokyo to Kusatsu Onsen Resort, it is quickest to use Shinkansen and bus. To use highway bus from Shinjuku-Station is the cheapest transportation. Also, if you wish us to pick up at Kusatsu Onsen Bus Terminal, please do not hesitate to contact us.
